Injection Beam System
By means of the water injection beam, water is sprayed into any depth of the snow cover, driving speed and pressure will serve to excatly determine both the depth of application and firmness of the pist. The trail surface will largely remain dry and will therefore not get iced up. Contrary to superficial watering, the water injection beam will harden a trail upwards from bottom to top with a more even effect. There is no need for any additional treatment before or after using the water injection beam, resulting in acost reduction fot at least 50%. In addition, the trail will become more resistant to the increased mechanical strain caused by carving skis and more resistant to weather factors. |

Normal System Up to now, ski trails were watered on the surface to meet the requirements and bear the strain of today's ski racing, the recent carving boom or snowboarding. Water that had been applied superficially and mostly unevenly would seep into the snow surface and start icing up from to bottom. The result will be an icy crust of mostly little thickness - unsuited for "normal" skiers. |
